#726 upsmon (UPS Service) not loading
The UPS service returns a "Error: The changes could not be applied (error code 1)" error and the upsmon service refuses to start with an error in the MONITOR line of upsmon.conf.
"Diagnostics - Information - UPS" shows status of the UPS, so the driver and port specifications are OK.
upsmon.conf and upsd.users use the WebGUI password as the password for NUT, if that password contains a "#" symbol, the UPS service fails because upsmon refuses to load.
Other punctuation in the WebGUI password does not seem to cause a problem.
