#642 BitTorrent directory

When specifying a directory to save torrents in, there is no mention that the directory must be accessible from user "transmission". As a result, transmission will fail with a permission denied error when trying to save torrents to a directory that transmission does not have access. Possibly have the GUI change permissions on the target folder?

first thing we can do is maybe give some hints while setting the download/config directory about the permission.
