#606 Asus Mother board A7N8X-E Deluxe cannot install 0.7x

Unable to install v0.7 RC1 i386 with an ASUS A7NX8-E Deluxe motherborad. Tried many BIOS settings but hangs during install process. It hangs (I think) when the kernel is loading towards the end, just before it is meant to start the "rc.conf..........." thing.
Version 0.69.2 i386 is ok and working.

I confirm, same problem here!

Asus A7N8X-DLX, Athlon XP, 1 GB Ram, Freenas embeded on USB stick.

Tried to install with ISO image and firmware update without success.

Confirmed that my ASUS A7NX8-E Deluxe won't boot from 0.7RC2.4856.

The next part that should load but isn't :

I read somewhere that disabling firewire in the bios should get it up and running again.

I disabled firewire in the bios and now its booting all the way!
