Attempting to install (to a 64MB USB drive) fails with:

gzip: stdout: Broken pipe
Error: failed to dd image on '/dev/da0'!

There was a problem while copying files.
Unmount CDROM.

Tried to install latest nightly, it failed; went back to stable, it failed too. Swapped out new SATA DVD drive for a PATA drive, and install proceeded without a hitch.

Motherboard uses Geforce6100 chipset.
