Size of array is not read, leading to unusable disk storage on the controller.

    Please note those controller are rather common because not so expensive and of quite high performance.

    Try updating to a newer driver for FreeBSD..maybe that solves your problem..

    I don't think so, but Volke thought it was the code reading the kernel detection output message of the which did not understand it and gave an empty field.

    I wonder if something has been committed in the meantime?

    Any news about this?
    I no longer suffer from the issue as I modified the XML configuration file manually to do The Right Thing(tm).
