#160 -mapall and -maproot mutually exclusive

FreeNAS creates a /var/etc/exports where both -mapall and -maproot are used at once. This triggers a mountd(8) error.

NM. Was a false alert. Either the pfSense package of FreeNAS had this bug only or it has been solved already in the FreeNAS trunk.
