And for a good reason: this commit removes Makefile.objs which also
contained an important detail: linking with "-Wl,--mprg-flags,0x17". Except
gluestik this also applies to mgw.

Thorsten, can you fix this? I wouldn't know where to put this in the new
Makefile structure.
