And yet another problem could be that I was messing with CF-Lib a while ago which resulted in a regression in Qed which I just fixed a couple of days ago: https://github.com/freemint/qed/commit/502a8b0c2f3e65728e10fdfee8231f5c24a85eb9 . While I can't imagine how this particular fix could influence ... oooooh wait. Do you have the latest CF-Lib installed?
