[Freemint-discuss] screendev/modecode - detect availability

I'm about to release a new version of the VanillaMiNT screenmode
selector, now with SuperVidel-support. But I see that there's now a new
(to me at least!) way of specifying video mode in XaAES. What is the
correct way to detect the presence of this feature? If the "video"
parameter is removed in the future I would want the videomode selector
to support both.
