If you have your mint.cnf / xaaes.cnf all set up, you don't need it. It is targeted for users which like to boot a new complete ("bootable") snapshot and then decide to keep it: with help of sysdir.tos you can just copy mint.cnf & xaaes.cnf from your old snapshot. Of course, you have to upgrade from a snapshot which is already using sysdir.tos. Ideally, one day sysdir.tos will go away and mint.cnf will allow parsing either relative paths or paths like $SYSDIR/xaaes/xaloader.prg. -- http://mikro.atari.org |
