[Freemint-discuss] sysdir.tos

So it is time to update Mint on my system.I found  a sysdir.tos inside Mint folder of v1-19-731 - what does sysdir.tos do?I remember some talks of have the sysdir environment available for use within the mint.cnf or something like that or I am just talking out of my head ??
I briefly looked into the Mint.cnf and Xaaes.cnf but missed finding it.
Enlighten me how to use sysdir,tos.
