Mainly to provide the libraries. They will be required should we decide to use 
the new elf toolchain for the other apps. And switching that is now as easy 
changing the cross_tool name in the build.yml file.

-fastcall isn't a separate archive, only -mint and -mintelf are. But i'll 
think about that.
