When I got my Milan, TosWin2 would start at boot-up and open a bash shell as well as the console. I rarely used bash cli so it was annoying and I changed the config (in TW Always open shell) to stop it opening. I use the shell more now but it is occasional use. I might use it a lot one day and then not use it for weeks. Setting Ctrl-F1 to run toswin2 -l is ok but it relies on Thing being the top app. Peter On Sun, 29 Apr 2018 01:10:43 , WongCK via Freemint-discuss <fre...@li...> wrote: Ahh... all these makes me thinking of setting up my dev environment better. Not as good as the global ctrl-alt-T/ F2/whatever-to-be-decided-key but at least now it's slight more convenient than finding the mouse and clicking s ome menu. I chose it because in mintty it's the same, but you can use what you want. What is the "window manager", the AES? --------------------------------------------------------------------------- --- Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ Freemint-discuss mailing list Fre...@li... https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/freemint-discuss |
