About a year after Roger's initial message we are really doing it.
AtariForge was a great service back then but today it's harder and harder
to use it due to its common down times
<https://github.com/freemint/freemint/issues/57>. SF.net is not ideal but
there aren't many free & easy to setup options available (Google Groups
seems to be the only other option).

We are not moving to SF.net as a project, https://sourceforge.net/p/freemint
contains only basic info but the main thing is still
https://freemint.github.io and its services.
