Dear Guillaume, thanks for your interest in improving FreeMind. The best method is as follows: * publish your development plan in our "Open Discussion" forum and discuss it with others. * provide first patches to FreeMind from your developers directly to me * get involved as "official" developers some time later. This is the usual way to get in contact with us. To your functionalities: * ODT: please take the latest swx export from CVS to base on. * XmlRpc: The internal command pattern is completely based on XML. This should be used as a base. Consult ActionFactory and the PrintActionHandler for examples I'm happy to hear from you, soon, Chris Guillaume Sellier wrote: > First of all, thanks a lot for this particulary brillant mindmapping > software, FreeMind. > We are a small French compagny provinding services such like OpenSource > technologies consulting or OpenDocument transition. > We will be very glad to help envolving FreeMind and bring new > fonctionnalities such as : > > - a new export filter to OpenDocument based on the swx export > functionnalities ; > - an xml-rpc interface ; > - a new jabber collaboration plugin using the xml-rpc interface . > > We plan to assign two developpers on those projects. > > What well be the best methods in your opinion to get us involved ? > > Regards, > > |
