I am now using freemind to display the status of different related small projects, and have added an attribute related to the status (like starting, on hold or finished).

I would like to be able to have the color or other formatting of a node (in this case project) be depended on the attribute 'status'. Meaning that if i change the status of a project, the color of the node should automaticly also change so i can see the status of all the different projects by the colors they have.

    Hi,

this is easily possible using groovy scripts. If you know to program, this should not be very difficult.

    Dear Chris,

If I were able to program it, i would have done it. I have planned around with programming a bit, but since i have no experience with groovyscripts and no idea what i can or cannot do, i am not able to write a script to do the job.

Also, it seems like a usefull feature for a lot of people using the program and so more logical to make it a standard feature instead of having everybody writing their own scripts..

I have the same issue. I'd really like to be able to color-code attributes (automatically), so I can get a big picture overview when looking at a map.

I know some other software can do this, but I actually quite like freemind, is it possible to add this feature?

    Thanks guys!!!
