SourceForge is known to add malware/spyware/trojans/etc to projects hosted on their servers, without any owner consent. Have you ever considered moving to some other hosting service? I don't trust sourceforge anymore and won't download anything from them.

    Google more details yourself.

    Hi,

FreeMind's installer hasn't been touched by SF. If this happens, I centainly consider to change the hosting service despite the huge effort this causes.

You could at least add MD5 sums of the installers, hosted somewhere outside of SourceForge (there's no use adding check sums on the page where they can change it as they like).

If you are that worried, just download it and recompile it yourself.
