I work with a big project and need to resize
the project view to a zoom scale of 75%.
Unfortunately, Freemind always starts
in 100% zoom (preset?).
So i have to resize the project every time
i start freemind.
Please add a function, that the zoom size is
saved in the project file.
If so, it will be possible to start for example freemind with project-x with zoom scale 75% and
project-y with 90% or freemind without a project with a default of 100% zoom scale.
thanks a lot for your support.
I'd like to register my agreement with this! I know this was posted almost 2 years ago, but I recently found myself really wishing for this feature.
Me too. Storing zoom in Projects seems to be a very useful feature to me. I use many linked mindmaps, and currently i open the main mindmap, scale it, follow a link, scale that page, follow the next link, scale again and so on. I would appreciate a persistent zoom state very much.
Alternatively, a global default zoom factor would also work for me and would be very easy to implement.
me too. Simple a must-have feature for FreeMind.
I have created a feature request; please post further votes to the request:
Zoom level per mind map, storing it in mind map files, 2011-03-21
I can't seem to be able to add my vote to the feature request, so consider this one more vote for this feature.
FreeMind 1.0.0 Alpha2 implements this feature (and complete tab restore, too).
Please have a test (remember, an alpha version is not for productive use!).
