Re-ordering a list sibling nodes

I need help figuring out how to perform what I imagine is a common task in FreeMind - re-ordering siblings.

How can I re-order the sequence of sibling nodes connected to a parent?  For example the top sibling is A, below it is C, and then below that is B. How can I re-order them so B comes above C.  I was not able to get it to work by dragging the ovals.

I am using Navigate | Move Up and Navigate | Move Down for re-ordering siblings.

Thanks nixfrei that works.  I didn't think to look there.  I imagine navigation to refer to movement of the subject rather than movement of the object.

I also found another way by accident.  If you move a child node into its parent node  the just moved child will re-appear at the bottom under any other sibling or siblings of their shared parent.
