    I received this e-mial:
    "Read and respond to this message at: " followed by the link to this thread. I don`t understand how to handle this e-mail.
    In fact I am hoping to receive help. My problem is that in some mms the inserted links work, and some other mms they don't work.
    Our server`s name is INGO.
    Some of the automatically built links are "../../../../Ingo/ .
    others show "file:////Ingo/ .
    I will be very thankful if you can help, Thank you, Michael

    Does anybody have any idea how to do this.

    I have a lot of maps with notes heavily populated.

    The long way round;
    I can export to word with headings without notes.
    I can then copy each note from HTML into the word document.

    This takes an age.

    Any ideas?

    Help greatly appreciated.

    How are notes being added?
    Is export to odt format not acceptable?

    @mike1965, re: "How can you simply export to MS Word so that notes appear as body text under headings?": You could do that by using this function, and copying and pasting to Word:

    File > Export > As HTML (Clickable map image version)

    This export function exports notes, unlike other options for HTML export.
