Can anybody tell me how to wirte a batch file to launch Freemind with a HIGH priority within Windows 2000?
I found out for myself ;-)
Here, for anybody else who needs it, is what I did.
1. I downloaded the FreeMind Windows Launcher from Patches (1059309)
2. Then, I wrote the following batch file:
cd Program Files
start /HIGH freemind.exe
3. In Windows Explorer, I went to Tools, Folder Options, File Types and deleted the registered file type for "mm"
4. Next time I clicked on an mm file, I selected the batch file as the application to be used with files of type "mm".
Now, I can double-click on an mm file to launch FreeMind with High priority.
I also put a shortcut to the batch file in the "sendto" folder so that it was available from the right-click "send to" menu.
Hope this helps somebody else.
