Hi, I'm thinking that a mindmap viewer for Android allowing watching the map in a flat list mode would be useful. Do you know if there is something like that already done? (if not, I would give it a try)

I've been using Mindjet (which is currently free on the Android plattform) to read and write FreeMind files. It normally writes in its own proprietary format, but can be set to write in FreeMind format.
I can not say with certainty that there might not be compatibility issues, but at least I haven't come across them yet.
I just published FreeMind Reader for Android on Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shafernotes.freemindreader. It is very basic, but it lets you read your .mm files from email, Dropbox, Goolge Drive, etc... Also lets you browse links and copy the text of nodes.
