I'm working actually on a big research background mind map, gathering a lot of things. One main node acts as a database. Here all topics are listed in an simple (alphabetic) order. The combination of attributes (or special text marks in nodes) and filters allow me to the wished details out from the "database".
It would be nice, if it would be possible to define a kind of dynamic node, which shows the content of the "filtered" main database node. This dynamic node needs to things: A filter (or a query) and the reference (database) node, where the filter should work on.
Another kind of dynamic node could be a node, which is automatically generated from used attributes and there values like a faceted navigation. This feature is also discussed in a
