#1302 local hyperlink menu option disabled

In context menu on nodes both of the following options are disabled:
Insert > Insert as graphical link (Ctrl + L) [in german: Einfügen > Einfügen als graphischer Link (Strg + L)]
Insert > Insert as local hyperlink (Alt + L) [in german: Einfügen > Einfügen als lokaler Hyperlink (Alt + L)]
I didn't find a way documented to enable them

graphical link can alternativly be inserted by rightclick-drag'n'drop

local hyperlink does not work for me in any way

in Freemind Version 1.0.1 both options are enabled and work
