No

Certain methods used to remove all node formatting make Freemind unresponsive. The CPU use goes to 100%, the process must be terminated and the program restarted.

Procedure A (This procedure works okay.)
Select a multi-line node in which each line is wrapped in individual paragraph markup. Open the node for editing. The Layout View is displayed. Select the entire node with Control-A. All lines are highlighted. Click the Remove Formatting button. (Note that the display of the node does not change.) Close the node.

Procedure B (This procedure reproduces the failure.)
Open a multi-line node for editing. Open the node for editing. The Layout View is displayed. Click the Remove Formatting button. The program becomes unresponsive and CPU use goes to 100%. The javew.exe process must be terminated to kill Freemind.

Starting the freemind.bat file from a command prompt results in the same failure.

    Hi,

please retry with the latest beta of 1.0.0.

    TIA, Chris

I tried the 1.0.0 Beta 5 version. The problem appears to gone. Editing a long node no longer exhibits the error mentioned above.
