#590 helpwin command crashes Freemat 4.2 in Windows 7

<helpwin> command make the Freemat 4.2 to chrash even with the path tool and "add with subfolders" used.

The Help windows pops up, but it is greyed out and take no input, and Freemat crashes with a message and must be restarted,
