#67 Migrate build system to gradle

Migrate the build system from ant to gradle. The following items should work in principle:

• Building Freelords
• Building and running the tests
• Building the tools
• Deploying everything to be ready for playing
• Replacing the libraries as far as possible by dependencies from e.g. the Maven repo or similar
