#7 Allow enviroment variables

Hi,

Please add support to use environment variables in paths like %programfiles% %windir% or any other variable found on the machine environment.

When running portable it would be nice if we could use some special vars like $home\bin\myapp.exe where $home its translated to the drive and path where FLaunch.exe starts.

Its a very nice application and it would be wonderful if you could add this features.
