#8 migration to modular plugin system

We should consider put most of our "freekiss-functions"
into plugins like KMA does.

So it will be much easier to implement support for new
pictures, playlists, internet radio, audio and video
files - hence, new features.

We could even make an optional plugin for the
audio/video/picture info-tab and for the web interface.

be used for gathering information about video/audio files:
