#12 connection isn't closed on KiSS player shutdown

When you shutdown a KiSS player which is currently
receiving AUDIO or VIDEO files from FreeKiSS, latter
one doesn't "reset" or "remove the (dead) player" from
the "Connected Players"-tab.

FreeKiSS asks to kill all active connections when you
shutdown your PC. But actually there are none anymore
since the player already went offline.
