I want to make a fork of the FreeImage library for modifying and extending it for my own open-source usage.
Could you clarify a couple of questions?
1) Can I keep similar name, like FreeImage2, or I need something completely new, including renaming all FreeImage_someting() functions?
2) Can I keep same dual FIPL + GPLv3 license if I keep a file with all changes recorded?
