#264 Huge (2-4Gb) TIFF files bug

FreeImage doesn't support huge (2-4Gb) multipage TIFF files. It only sees the lower 2Gb part.
(Should use fseeki64()/ftelli64() instead of seek()/ftell() in FreeImageIO.cpp)
