#231 PCD - some images upside down

Hi, it seems that the Kodak PCD images created by the GraphicsMagick or ImageMagick are displayed upside down while loaded by the FreeImage (GM & IM generated samples included). I have also tried another pcd-images (from here: http://photos.orr.noaa.gov/gallery_1/cprd1.htm ) and these are displayed ok.
