ISSUE

When exporting a JP2 file that contains partial transparency, the libraries work great. However, the files exported that have no transparency are badly broken (vertical colors bars on 3/4 columns best described as a color test page - ordering is what appears to be standard color, followed by a mostly blue column, followed by a mostly green column, followed by a mostly red column, and then cycling back around - always in that order - some variation in coloring but hue stays more or less consistent). Guessing this is from an erroneous conversion back to a 24 bit pallete if there's no transparency detected or the image having it's alpha channel used as a color channel.

Issue affects both 3.15.1 and 3.15.2. Not sure about other versions.

Implemented a work around in my own code so if the image has no partially transparent pixels, I convert it into a 24 bit bitmap before saving it out and that has fixed it from my side.
