Manual which includes all help files. ICC has one and
it will be a nice feature. This would be part of the
ZICS web site. The GICS site has this already and since
our server code is similar to theirs perhaps there is
the possibility of using that.
(obviously a cut-and-paste from my ZICS to-do list)
