I doubt that there is - but the real issue is that OpenGL ES doesn't often run in an environment where C++ is the programming language of choice. It's usually on cellphones and such where Java or something like that is involved. Also, the GUI's for those kinds of platform are generally highly specific to the platform (eg multi-touch-screens instead of mice) - and GLUT doesn't really address those kinds of interface very well.
