[Freeglut-developer] Target Hosts Solaris, Macintosh, and Mac OSX

Gentlemen,

	Does anybody have a Sun computer running Solaris that he can use to 
test "freeglut"?  There is a "TARGET_HOST_SOLARIS" that is ostensibly 
supported although I'm pretty sure my recent "freeglut_cursor.c" 
changes broke the build on it.

	Ditto for MacOSX.

	The "freeglut_joystick.c" file has several "#if 
TARGET_HOST_MACINTOSH" blocks which apparently are not built on 
anything as we never define the symbol anywhere.  Should I just take them out?

	Also, do Solaris and MacOSX behaviors default to Posix/X11 behavior?
