My attempt to fix GLUT_CURSOR_NONE has met with only limited
success. It mostly works, but I'm having a problem with the
current window concept.
In the original glut, the "current window" seems to be the one
in focus, but in freeglut the closest thing I can find is
fgStructure.Window. But this is just the currently displaying
window. When you have two windows on screen like in test/one.c
freeglut (Win32) constantly flipflops between the two. As a
result, I have no idea which window is gonna receive any given
keystroke. I have a similar problem with the cursor. The
glutSetCursor() function is supposed to act upon the "current
window", but we don't seem to have anything pointing to the
current window in focus. Does this work correctly in the X11
