I am new to freeglut. I have tested the glut 3.7.6 SkyFly demo code
using freeglut libraries on Windows XP and Ubuntu 9.10. In both
systems, I am seeing edge-clipped images, I assume the result of culling
that's too aggressive for the angle-of-view.
Re-linking the code the glut library instead fixes the issue. Both apps
run correctly and everything is displayed identically, except on the
right/left edges of the screen.
Can somebody help me with this? I assume I'm missing a setting or
something in freeglut, one that's defaulted differently or not present
I am very interested in moving away from glut, primarily because of the
inability to exit the main loop once initiated (at least not without
complex process control programming), and the ability to run single
instances through/of the main loop.
Thanks in advance.
