Does anybody on this mailing list (preferably someone in the USA in case I have to call by telephone) have experience with WinCVS on a Windows system?  I am trying to get to SourceForge from home and am running into errors about "CVSROOT does not exist".  I'm not sure whether the error is on the client or the server; various attempts gave different error messages.
