I think the keyboard handler feature request is Windows-based; the code in that section doesn't even have a case statement for the key release or special key release. The feature that I was noting prevented us from even compiling the code; this is why I was asking if anybody else had seen it.
I have looked over the feature requests and have implemented them on my own private copy of the code. Since I am terminally CVS-challenged, I have not been able to put the files back into CVS but have offered them to any interested parties. (So far there have been no takers.) There is no separate bug tracker.

I'm not sure, but could this be related to the keyboard handler
issue pointed out on the Feature Request list?
Has anyone ever looked over the feature request and bug report
lists on the SourceForge project page? If not, could they be
set up to feed into the mailing list?
