Done.  Let me know if there's a problem and I'll be looking for the documentation from you.

You're very welcome.  I only wish I hadn't waited three months.  It had to wait for a long weekend, though.

I'm still supporting the old Visual Studio because that's what is installed on my machine.

Hi John,

I see you have put in both the demos patch and the most up to dat
version of the fullscreen patch, thanks! Everything seems to work
well, both with Visual Studio 2008 and Visual Studio 2010 on Windows
XP.

I see you fixed the build problems with glutFullScreen by wrapping the
new code in conditional compilation for windows 2000 up. I wasn't
aware we still support old Windows versions as well! I agree with your
fix, except for the very small attached patch. The call to
get_display_origin was only intended to be used for specifying the
monitor on which the fullscreen window for gamemode should appear, if
a monitor is specified on the command line with the -display
parameter. In Windows 2000 code for glutFullScreen the parameter is
ignored, with this patch it is also ignored for the code with earlier
versions. Actually, get_display_origin() doesn't work on earlier
versions anyway.

Thank you for the hard work to get all the patches in and fix the build!

As promised I'll deliver a small addition to the docs to describe 1)
glutLeaveFullScreen and 2) the workings of the window position and
size parameters, according to the FreeGLUT conventions.

Thanks again,
Dee

OK, that's into SVN.  It was quite confusing; please doublecheck that I got
it right.  I was working from the version you sent me earlier this morning
on the side; I trust that they are the same.

Hi John,
Attached is a patch that fixes a few typos in the One and subwin demos
and adds a new demo "Resizer". I used this demo to test the
fullscreen/window decorations patch. I basically shows a window and
lets you toggle it between fullscreen or not, two positions on the
screen and two sizes, while continously writing output to the console
about the window's position and size (so one can see if they are
correct).
I have enclosed some of the files directly in the zip as the diff
didn't look right again (VS2010 files don't diff well apparently).
Both files are to go into VisualStudio/2010/Resizer/ (which doesn't
exist yet).
Thanks!
Dee
