Change readme.widows32 to readme.md as attached bellow and make a version for mac that people can use instead of xcode. Can you also chang readme.cmake to readme.md or merg it.

What are you talking about? Each readme file is for a specific platform. README.win32 is not the main readme file, README is the main one.
I have absolutely no idea what you mean by "make a version for mac that people can use instead of xcode", care to elaborate?

What I mean by make a version for mac is that people that want to use opengl without downloading xcode as it is a pretty large in size.
Ok, and what does freeglut do which forces people to download xcode? Freeglut uses cmake, not xcode project files.
