#11 Dependency viewer in webtools

Need to be able to select a file and run a report on
all of the includes used by that program, as well as
all of the database references, and perhaps all of the
external procedures run.

Geoff Crawford has an xref analyzer doohickey that may
help.

Southwell has already built the freedep.html webobject
and submitted to CVS. Currently it only scans
recursively for include files using an Xref that it
generates, even for .html files.
