#69 RFC complience problem

I have been trying to use this software and according
to RFC 821, there are <>s required around the e-mail
addresses in MAIL FROM: and RCPT TO:. The MailFrom
works hoever the RCPT TO: is having the <>s stripped
off. I have been unable to find the error in the code,
so perhaps someone else will find it.

Our mail system (Mercury) will not accept addresses w/o
the <>, however my development server (postfix) will.
