#3 Test case failing doesn't fail JUnit batchtest

If a test in TestEngineStub fails, the failure of the test
doesn't fail the batch test or even get registered in the
summary output of JUnit. This appears to be due to the
use of a shared setup and teardown that are called
before and after, respectively, all tests in the class are
executed.
