Hi I'm trying to install FreeEOS 2.2.1. I went up to th stage of running cmake. I got the following output in the cmake.out file: -- The Fortran compiler identification is GNU -- Check for working Fortran compiler: /usr/bin/gfortran -- Check for working Fortran compiler: /usr/bin/gfortran -- works -- Detecting Fortran compiler ABI info -- Detecting Fortran compiler ABI info - done -- Checking whether /usr/bin/gfortran supports Fortran 90 -- Checking whether /usr/bin/gfortran supports Fortran 90 -- yes CMake Error at cmake/modules/FindBLAS.cmake:198 (message): A library with BLAS API not found. Please specify library location. Call Stack (most recent call first): cmake/modules/FindLAPACK.cmake:23 (find_package) cmake/modules/free_eos.cmake:36 (find_package) CMakeLists.txt:43 (include) It seems it could not find my BLAS libraries (though the LAPACK is ok??). My libraries are located in /usr/lib: ricky@ricky-HP-Mini-210-3000:~/Work/Research/eos/FreeEOS/free_eos-2.2.1/build_dir$ ls /usr/lib/libblas* /usr/lib/libblas.so.3gf and ricky@ricky-HP-Mini-210-3000:~/Work/Research/eos/FreeEOS/free_eos-2.2.1/build_dir$ ls /usr/lib/liblapack* /usr/lib/liblapack.so.3gf These seem to be dynamic libraries, rather than static ones. Is this a problem. Some help will much appreciated! Enrico |
