#3 Will not start on XP

Recently downloaded FreeDreams 3-Alpha release for a
trial run to see how it stacked up against the real thing,
but once I unzipped the file and tried to run the
executable, it wouldn't start. All I got
was "Component 'TABCTL32.OCX' or one of its
dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing
or invalid". Is there anything I can do to fix this?
