#43 stagger downloads

Currently if a user is downloading 200 files from 10 different servers the software will work in the order of the files. It does some settings such as max connection per server etc. In addition if a user could download 1 file from each of the 10 servers at the same mode you would maximize the speed that the files are being received and reducing the pull on each server. Then when you are down to 2-4 servers (whatever the setting) and say 4 files left on that server then get them all. Mostly needed when downloading numerous files from numerous places.
