#42 cache of downloads

IE maintains a cache of downloaded items, so if you download the same item again you aren't wasting bandwidth. Sometimes when doing a download all you end up with the same thing you already have, but have to spend the time to download it again. Would be nice to have it use the cache like IE instead.
